Urgent Notice: QR Code Malfunction on Printed Lottery Tickets

We’re sorry — due to an unexpected technical glitch, the QR code printed on some lottery tickets is not working correctly. We know this is frustrating. Please read the short instructions below to check your ticket result quickly and securely.

What happened

A subset/all of printed tickets contains a QR code that does not route correctly to the official results page. The issue is caused by a formatting error during printing and affects only the QR printed on the physical ticket — not our online system.

How to check your result now (fast)

1. Scan the QR code image in this post (above).
   • On a smartphone, open your camera or a QR-scanner app and point it at the QR image shown on this page.
   • The QR in this post links directly to the official results page.
2. Or tap the link below if you prefer:

3. If the QR image does not scan, try saving the image to your phone and scanning from your gallery or use a different QR app.

If your ticket still shows an issue

• Don’t throw away the ticket — your ticket number is still valid.
• Please take a clear photo of your ticket (showing the ticket number and the printed QR) and email it to web.agsslg@gmail.com with subject “QR Ticket Issue — [Ticket Number]”.

• All genuine tickets remain valid for prize claims. This is a display/scan issue only and does not affect prize eligibility.
• We’re working with the printer to fix the problem for future runs. Affected tickets will be honored for claims — see contact details above for claim support.
