Before you start filling your Online Application Form, keep handy the following items.

a. Passport size photograph to upload which will also be required to be submitted in physical format to the center.

b. Aadhar Card, Birth Certificate

STEPS to Apply Online:

1. Apply ONLINE from this LINK.
2. Fill UP the form after selecting your course from home screen.
3. Upload Your Image, Snap of Birth Certificate, Side 1 & Side 2 of Adhar Card. Uploading Photos are mandatory without which applications will be rejected.
4. On Hitting Submit Button a unique Application ID [Fomat: AGS/X/XXXXXXXXXX] will be generated and displayed at the top of the screen in Green.
5. Take a screenshot of the ID which you need to show at the center during physical verification.

Physical Verification at the Center:

1. Fill up the hard copy of the form.
2. Show the screenshot of the Application ID.
3. Produce Documents for verification.
4. Pay requisite fees.
5. Get your Identity Card.
